“Clean room and quiet”

“Not a fan of only one entrance/exit.”

“The hotel and staff were excellent. Everything was clean and orderly. The pool was very clean too. We would stay here again.”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”

“Dirty. My white socks were literally jet black from a few minutes of walking around. People were fighting and dealing drugs in the parking lot. Every bed sheet or towel was dirty and had stains. Room smelled, random hair on sheets. Stains on the wall. Shower smelled. Sleeping in a warzone would be more adequate”

“Clean rooms. A/C works great. Rooms have been remodeled.”

“Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I didn't even sleep because they put me in a room with someone already In it. Told him he had to leave didn't clean it didn't change linens toilet seat was broke. It had an awful smell to it. I would like to be compensated for this horrible experience. I usually would t say something like that but I've never had an experience like that either. Absolutely atrocious.”

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“The man thats always worked the front desk is cool. Hes stern, but means well. The property is very nice, quiet, and very clean, and the rooms are big, very big, and slso nice and clean. And the bed was comfy! :)”

“Good experience overall. Room was clean and enough spacious. Minor concerns would TV not working properly. The breakfast was decent and it had plenty options.”

“No cleanliness whatsoever, uncomfortable to occupy the room and staying at $60 room with terrible service from the receptionist all the way getting to the room I have to file a claim to report the case for the Motel with the lack of service for the stay.”
